Management Message
AXXZIA Inc. was listed on the Mothers section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on February 18, 2021(On April 4, 2022, we have switched market section to the Growth section due to the restructuring of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.), also it has changed its listing to the Prime section on February 17, 2023. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone whose support made this possible.
Our company name has been created from the word of XX (the female’s chromosomes) and ASIA(=AZIA). We will present “Asian Beauty” with innovative and passionate attitude from Japan to the world.
With major skin care brands, AGtheory and AXXZIA, which we created based on this corporate philosophy, we have developed our business through various sales channels, especially in the Chinese market, where we expect to see rising consumption and a growing population of cosmetics users.
In line with that corporate philosophy, going forward we intend to be an integrated total beauty solution company that uses its strengths to develop businesses globally, create the beauty, and make proposals that fulfill the wishes and fit the requirements of our customers.
We are taking this stock market listing as an opportunity to recognize our responsibilities as a publicly traded company. All of our executives and employees will work together to further grow our business and contribute to society as a whole.
