Huit Laboratories, Inc. is located in the rich natural environment of Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. There, it operates its own cosmetics and quasi-drugs plant, which includes land and buildings. Using the natural waters of the Yatsugatake Mountains as the base for its products, it is engaged in the manufacture, wholesale, and online sales of its own-brand cosmetics and quasi-drugs products; drawing on its outstanding track record of manufacturing, it also operates as an OEM business.
Through the provision of skincare brands that can be differentiated within the Group, accelerated product development, and the use of its OEM business expertise to develop new products, Huit Laboratories possesses the ability to develop cosmetics and quasi-drugs products that will go on to become core Group products.
By adopting management approaches that are mutually complementary, and by generating synergies within the Group, Huit Laboratories intends to promote further growth.

Xiaozi Cosmetic (Shanghai) Inc.
Xiaomi Cosmetic (Shanghai) Inc. adopts the same corporate philosophy as AXXZIA INC. in Japan: “To present ‘Asian Beauty’ from Japan to the world.” Its company name reflects the belief that the female XX chromosome is a symbol of beauty, and seeks to deliver Asian beauty (ASIA=AZIA) to wider society.
Xiaomi is the Chinese name for “AXXZIA,” and it is also the Chinese translation of “Le Ciel de L’aube” (a French phrase that means “the sky at the break of dawn”)—the Group’s first-ever salon-exclusive and professional-use skincare brand.
Since its establishment, Xiaozi Cosmetic has been cherished for the quality of its products. It has increased the number of beauty salon stores that use the Group’s salon-exclusive “Le Ciel de L’aube” brand, and successfully increased sales. The company continues to expand its business, ensuring that AXXZIA-brand products are now available at 21 SEPHORA stores in China, as well as at the SEPHORA online store and at Chinese e-commerce malls. Thanks to Xiaozi Cosmetic’s initiatives, AXXZIA-brand products are now sold not only to salons but also to beauty buyers, and the company is working to further expand sales both in China and across the world.

AXXZIA R&D Center was established on November 1, 2022, with the goal of researching wide-ranging substances, developing proprietary formulas, and thereby accelerating the launch of products with exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
