AXXZIA R&D Center
Our researchers, well experienced in research and development field in the cosmetics industry, are dedicated to the research for new cosmetic ingredients and original formulas, and to the speedy output as new products launch to accommodate the diverse and the latest needs by markets and consumers.
Together with Huit Laboratories, cosmetics and quasi-drug production site in AXXZIA group, we realize a large scale production and deliver the products globally with a high level of consumer satisfaction.
Huit Laboratories, Inc.
Huit Laboratories, Inc. , cosmetics and quasi-drugs factory , is AXXZIA's group production site located in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, where is blessed with abundant nature. A natural water from the Yatsugatake Mountains pumped from 200m underground is used for its production.
The company produce and sell cosmetics and quasi-drugs and perform OEM business as well based on its extensive production experience.
Since March 2023 the large scale of manufacturing of AXXZIA products has been started. Newly installed a high-speed automatic filling machine capable of filling face masks at a maximum of 8,000 sheets /hour. The efficient production of face masks through high-speed filling ability is now possible. The company continue the necessary investment on latest automachic devices and DX field to improve its productivity.
Fuji Sanroku PLC(Process and Logistics Center)
A processing-type distribution center completed in April 2024. In August 2024, we obtained a manufacturing license for the storage, labeling, and processing of cosmetics based on the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. In addition to reducing distribution costs as a group by optimizing distribution among other distribution bases, Huit Laboratories' Yatsugatake Plant, contract manufacturing partners, and other bases, we are also able to reduce waste loss by taking on the task of labeling and processing cosmetics and recycling products. In the future, we will also start export operations and play a central role in logistics as a group. The building has obtained "ZEB Ready" certification by adopting building specifications that reduce energy consumption by 50% or more compared to conventional construction methods.

Research on global cosmetics regulations
We reasearch each country's cosmetics regulation and create cosmetics formulations in compliance with each country's regulation, such as NMPA in China, FDA in U.S. , ANNEX in EU etc. for the smooth growth of the company's global business.
Research on new ingredients and formulations
We research new ingredients, the effect of combination and the latest formulation technology to create something new and unique cosmetics products as our originality. Based on these research we aim to apply for and obtain patents as our research results.
Research on sustainable issues
We challenge the sustainable innovations not only for ingredients but also for packaging to reduce social environmental impact and will contribute to the creation of sustanable society. Such sustainable issues are considerrd at our R&D approach.

Huit Laboratories, a Group production site, has obtained ISO certifications, both ISO 9001(Quality Management System) and ISO 14001(Environment Management System), and commit to operate the plant in an environmentally friendly manner, maintaining stable and safe quality.
